Enterprise Integration

ERP systems integration.

SAP. Oracle. NetSuite. Connected to the systems that depend on them.

We integrate enterprise ERP platforms — SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, and Dynamics 365 Finance — with the reporting tools, data warehouses, and operational systems your business runs on. iPaaS-first architecture built to survive every ERP update.

01 · The problem we solve

Why ERP integration breaks down.

01

ERP data never reaches downstream systems reliably

Finance, supply chain, and HR data sits in the ERP but does not flow reliably to the reporting, data warehouse, or operational systems that depend on it — creating delays, manual exports, and stale data across the business.

02

Direct integrations break every time the ERP updates

Point-to-point connections built without an integration layer become fragile — a single ERP version upgrade breaks multiple connections, and nobody knows what else is affected until downstream teams start reporting errors.

03

Custom integration code nobody understands

Integrations built in-house without documentation or architecture review become black boxes — critical data flows that no one wants to touch and everyone is afraid to change.

02 · What we deliver

ERP integration services.

From data synchronization and iPaaS middleware to master data governance and API development — documented architecture delivered before build begins.

ERP Data Synchronization

Design and build reliable data sync from your ERP to downstream systems — finance platforms, data warehouses, operational tools — with conflict resolution, error handling, and monitoring built in.

Middleware & iPaaS Integration

Implement integration using Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or AWS EventBridge — creating a managed integration layer instead of direct point-to-point connections that break on every update.

Discuss this →

Master Data Management

Establish master data governance across your ERP and data platforms — golden record strategies, deduplication, and data quality validation so downstream systems trust what they receive.

Discuss this →

Integration Monitoring & Alerting

Build monitoring dashboards, failure alerting, and retry logic so ERP integration issues are caught and resolved before they affect business operations.

Discuss this →

Custom API Development

Design and build APIs that expose ERP data to downstream systems — documented, versioned, and built with enterprise authentication and rate limiting.

Discuss this →

Integration Architecture Documentation

Produce architecture documentation, data dictionaries, and runbooks for every integration — so your team owns the system and can maintain it independently.

AI-assisted data mapping, engineer-validated

AI-assisted data mapping accelerates the discovery and transformation work in complex ERP integrations. We use it to reduce manual mapping time — and validate every transformation rule before it moves to production.

03 · How we work

From health check to reliable ERP data flow.

01

Integration Health Check

Audit your current ERP integrations — what is connected, what is broken, and what the data quality issues are.

Integration inventory + health report
02

Architecture Design

Design the target integration architecture, data model, and governance approach — before any build begins.

Integration architecture + data model
03

Build & Validate

Implement integrations with documented test cases, data validation rules, and error handling.

Tested integrations + validation results
04

Monitoring & Support

Set up monitoring, alerting, and runbooks. Provide post-go-live support and ongoing integration maintenance.

04 · Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

What ERP platforms does Evolve Blue integrate with?

We work with SAP (including S/4HANA and SAP BTP), Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain. Platform selection and integration approach are determined by your architecture during the discovery phase.

Do you do point-to-point integrations or iPaaS?

We strongly prefer a managed integration layer (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services) over direct point-to-point connections. Point-to-point integrations create brittle architectures that break on every ERP version update. We will use direct APIs when it is the right fit and document the rationale.

How do you handle data quality issues during ERP integration?

Data quality is addressed as part of the integration design — not as an afterthought. We build validation rules, error handling, and exception queues into the integration layer, and provide reporting on data quality issues as part of ongoing monitoring.

Can you integrate our ERP with a cloud data warehouse?

Yes. ERP-to-data warehouse integration is a common part of our work — exporting ERP data to Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse for reporting and analytics.

Do you take over integrations built by a previous vendor?

Yes. We can assess, document, and take over ownership of existing integrations regardless of who built them. The first step is typically a structured audit to understand what is there and what the risk profile is.
