Our story

How Evolve Blue was built

Evolve Blue became a registered company in 2016. We built a professional, accountable structure around work that had already proven its value: practical software delivery, dependable engineering capacity, and a client-first way of solving technology problems.

The company grew by following what clients needed most. First came delivery: teams that could build, integrate, modernize, and support real systems. Then came technical staffing. Enterprise clients began asking for the same level of screening, reliability, and urgency when they needed people for their own teams.

Today, Evolve Blue runs through two focused pillars — Evolve Technology and Evolve Talent. We are backed by global capability centers, U.S.-based coordination, MBE certification, and the scale to serve enterprise, government, and regulated buyers.

Clients began asking for technical professionals as well as delivery teams. We built a dedicated staffing practice.

We opened three development centers and grew the delivery network toward 500 employees.
