01  Overview

World Music Stage engagement context.

Independent artists had no single place to publish music, grow an audience, and sell their work. Discovery, selling, social engagement, and event promotion lived in separate tools.

World Music Stage needed one platform that connected all of these so artists could be heard worldwide and fans could find new music in one place.

The goal was to build a unified web platform where artists publish and sell music, fans discover and collect tracks, and both groups connect socially around events and shared interests.

Three core user types defined the platform: artists, venues, and fans. Artists publish music and promote events. Venues list shows and reach local audiences. Fans discover music, buy tracks, build collections, and follow creators.

Evolve Blue designed and built the web app, translating a detailed feature outline into a working product. This covered the public landing experience, registration and account recovery, the signed-in home and discovery views, artist profiles, the social posting system, event creation and promotion, the music store and collections, the radio show section, and the user dashboard.

  • The store needed a full e-commerce flow with a cart, personal collections, playlists, and filtering.

03  The Solution

World Music Stage solution architecture.

Evolve Blue delivered a multi-feature web platform organized into a public zone and a signed-in member experience. Visitors browse a track listing on the landing page, filter by genre and region, and preview music through an interactive circular player.

After registering, members get a personalized home feed, a social posting tool, an artist profile, a music gallery, event tools, a purchased-music collection, and a dashboard with privacy, security, and reporting controls.

The platform also includes an e-commerce flow with a shopping cart for buying tracks and a publish-to-promote model for events, plus a radio show section with an archive of past Top 10 Countdown episodes.
