01  Overview

Fashion Fair engagement context.

Fashion Fair needed a modern ecommerce experience that could carry the legacy of an iconic beauty brand while supporting product discovery, education, content, and conversion.

The approved design direction covered the full customer journey across home, product category, single product, shade finder, brand story, beauty content, virtual studio concepts, and community modules.

Evolve Blue was engaged to develop the existing Shopify web project from client-provided high-fidelity UI designs using Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Shopify Admin capabilities.

02  The Challenge

Fashion Fair constraints to solve.

  • Fashion Fair was relaunching a heritage cosmetics brand with a strong visual identity and premium product positioning.
  • The site needed to support shopping, shade discovery, product education, brand storytelling, beauty content, store locations, and account and checkout flows.
  • Beauty shoppers needed more guidance than a basic online store could provide, especially for complexion products and legacy shade discovery.
  • The implementation had to stay aligned with the approved brand direction while turning detailed designs into working Shopify pages.
  • The customer journey needed to connect commerce, education, content, and conversion without creating a fragmented shopping experience.

03  The Solution

Fashion Fair solution architecture.

Evolve Blue helped implement a brand-led Shopify ecommerce experience that connected product commerce, editorial content, shade discovery, account access, checkout, and store location functionality into one cohesive customer journey.

The build mapped high-fidelity creative into Shopify page templates and reusable frontend sections, keeping the visual hierarchy practical for shopping and content discovery.

The experience brought together Fashion Fair product education, shade guidance, product recommendations, account flows, checkout paths, and store discovery inside the existing Shopify environment.
