ELEVATE real estate web app
For ELEVATE, Evolve Blue developed a real estate web application that supports project launches, 3D unit discovery, worksheet submissions, buyer forms, document uploads, dashboards, and role-based admin workflows.
Technology Stack
01 Overview
ELEVATE engagement context.
ELEVATE needed a modern real estate platform to support project launches, unit discovery, buyer worksheet submissions, brokerage workflows, and builder administration.
Real estate sales teams often manage too many disconnected steps: unit availability, buyer interest, purchaser forms, document uploads, broker coordination, builder access, role permissions, and sales tracking.
Evolve Blue delivered a custom React and Node.js web app with interactive 3D building views, real-time unit filtering, purchaser forms, upload flows, dashboards, and admin tools.
02 The Challenge
ELEVATE constraints to solve.
- Project launches needed a clearer way to present units, availability, floorplans, and sales status.
- Buyer worksheet collection depended on many steps across preferred units, purchaser data, documents, and deposit proof.
- Brokers and sales teams needed better visibility into worksheet status, deals, commissions, allocations, and recent submissions.
- Builders and admins needed tools to manage projects, units, users, roles, and permissions from one place.
- The platform needed to combine polished 3D interaction with practical form workflows and admin controls.
03 The Solution
ELEVATE solution architecture.
Evolve Blue structured the platform around the full sales journey: project discovery, unit filtering, floorplan review, worksheet submission, document upload, review, dashboard tracking, and admin management.
The frontend used ReactJS, TypeScript, Material UI, and Three.js to combine visual unit exploration with forms, filters, and dashboard screens.
The backend used Node.js and MongoDB to support users, roles, builders, projects, unit data, worksheet records, uploads, and workflow state.
3D building viewer
Interactive Three.js building visualization for project exploration with unit-level context.
Unit discovery filters
Unit discovery with filters for bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, price range, square footage, status, and direction.
Worksheet submission
Available unit cards with pricing, floorplans, bed and bath details, allocation status, and floorplan preview.
Document upload workflow
Multi-step worksheet flow for preferred units, purchaser information, payment or deposit upload, final review, and submission.
Broker dashboard
Broker and sales dashboard with worksheet status, deal tracking, commission tracking, allocation tracking, and recent submissions.
Admin and role controls
Admin tools for builders, projects, users, roles, permissions, unit allocation, and sales status tracking.

07 Before / After
From disconnected sales steps to one real estate platform.
The project connected visual project presentation, buyer intake, worksheet submission, document collection, dashboard tracking, and admin management.
Fragmented launch workflow
Project launches, unit availability, worksheet intake, document collection, and sales administration needed a more structured operating model.
3D sales platform.
3D building interaction, unit filtering, floorplan previews, worksheet flows, uploads, dashboards, admin tools, and role controls work together.
Before
- Unit discovery, buyer interest, worksheet intake, documents, and sales tracking could feel disconnected.
- Brokers and admins needed clearer status visibility across submissions, allocations, and deals.
- Builders needed controlled access to projects, users, roles, and unit data.
- Buyer-facing forms needed to collect complex purchaser and payment details without adding confusion.
After
- Buyers and agents can explore projects visually, filter units, preview floorplans, and submit worksheets.
- Document and deposit upload flows support identity documents, mortgage statements, incorporation files, and cheque uploads.
- Dashboards help brokers and sales users track worksheet status, deals, commissions, allocations, and recent submissions.
- Admins can manage builders, projects, users, roles, permissions, unit allocation, and sales status.
