Event Management Platform for ACCAsia’s Cardiology Conferences
ACCAsia runs cardiology conferences for medical professionals across Asia — events that require managing hundreds of registrations, coordinating speakers, scheduling scientific sessions, and delivering content in real time. Generic event tools don’t handle that complexity well. We built ACCAsia a purpose-built platform using low-code (LCNC), Node.js, and PostgreSQL that managed everything in one place — from attendee registration through session access and post-event reporting.

The platform managed the complete conference lifecycle: attendee registration and profile management, speaker coordination and session scheduling, content delivery and session access control, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting.
It supported both virtual and in-person conference formats — giving ACCAsia’s operations team a single system for managing everything from registration open to post-event close.
